Charlotte Yarkoni Joins Xeround Systems as CEO

Seattle, WA - December 10, 2007 - Xeround Systems, a leading provider of data management solutions for next generation services, today announced that Charlotte Yarkoni has joined the company as chief executive officer. Previously Ms. Yarkoni served as president of the Customer Business Unit of Amdocs, Inc., a leading global provider of customer experience systems for the telecommunications industries. Dr. Gilad Zlotkin, founder and former CEO, was named chief technology officer.

Ms. Yarkoni brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to her new role. She has served in management positions at leading telecommunications and information management companies, including Amdocs, AT&T, Cingular Wireless, BellSouth and IBM. Most recently she was responsible for global operations, business development, and strategic planning at Amdocs. She also managed the development, delivery and support of key initiatives for several Tier 1 carriers.

Ms. Yarkoni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She received an undergraduate major in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
